Due to internal progression, Epiroc is seeking an experienced coordinator to lead our Product Support team based in Perth .
As a Product Support Coordinator, you will work closely with multiple stakeholders to plan new machine commissioning, action requests for time‑critical technical support and work with our Product Company to drive continuous improvement. This is a fast‑paced and dynamic role leading a small and supportive team of Product Specialists.
Responsibilities of this role consist of but are not limited to :
- Working to the highest Safety, Health, Environment and Quality (SHEQ) standards
- Ensuring Product Specialists comply with all internal and external SHEQ requirements
- Managing WIP (work in progress) from quote to invoice
- Prioritising and allocating Product Specialists to new machine commissioning, new product introductions, field trials and technical support requests
- Coordinating the scope, planning and delivery of projects related to rotary blasthole drill rigs including product upgrades and technology retrofits
- Escalating product issues and leading continuous improvement meetings with global business divisions
- Conducting regular reviews with your team members focused on individual performance, continual development and growth
