The opportunity:

As the Digital Designer you will be responsible for creating and producing digital content across social, web, mobile, and other platforms. You will design engaging static and motion assets with a strong digital‑first approach, collaborating closely with the studio, design team, and creative department.

This role calls for you to balance creativity, strategy, and technical expertise to deliver high‑quality work that drives impact. Through fresh thinking and strong execution, you will play a key role in shaping and elevating the agency’s digital output.

A snapshot of what you'll do:

• Responsible for digital-based design and execution, working on design projects across social, web, mobile and other digital mediums.
• Executing innovative creative concepts and solutions through a range of mediums, including animation, motion design and design.
• Understanding possibilities with emerging creative technology and media platforms (i.e. automation, mobiles, app, web, digital media) for the enhancement of our creative work.
• Contribute to planning, creating, QA and effectively presenting digital creative concepts and design executions.
• Actively collaborating on agency branding and marketing activities including the agency website and cultural projects.
• Preparation of mock-ups or prototypes for presentations to clients and other stakeholders as required.
• Liaison with internal and external stakeholders, including account management, producers, creative collaborators, platform partners as required to ensure integrity of our digital product.
• Actively communicate creative opportunities on to leadership, including opportunities for integration of broader Group capabilities.

Your ideal experience:

• Solid experience working across Digital OOH, social platforms, and banners.
• Skilled in UX/UI design, including experience designing and building microsites, websites, and eDMs.
• Strong understanding of HTML, web standards, user experience, and information architecture.
• High‑level design skills with deep knowledge of social and digital platforms.
• A keen design sense for digital and how it applies to brands, including layouts, typography, imagery, and overall visual aesthetics.
• Proficient in typography, layout, motion, and graphic design.
• Expert knowledge of the digital design process and digital design software, particularly the Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience in motion design using Adobe Creative Suite, especially After Effects and Photoshop.
• Able to produce outputs in a variety of formats with a proven ability to work efficiently and deliver high‑quality results.
• Experience with live‑action editing and animation is an advantage.
