Job description

Altus Group is currently seeking a Quantity Surveyor with 25 years experience who are looking to cement their career path within a Global company.

Reporting to the Director as a Quantity Surveyor you are passionate about helping clients manage their construction costs and ensuring financial efficiency throughout the various stages of construction.

Job Responsibilities :

• Conduct detailed cost analyses estimates cost plans and feasibility studies for construction projects;
• Completion of full trade and elemental takeoff;
• Measuring quantities for variations and managing risks in relation to changes;
• Undertake site visit and complete valuations of work complete on site;
• Prepare cash flows;
• Managing client relations and assist in establishing a clients requirements;
• Provide expert advice on costeffective construction methods and materials;
• Undertake cost analysis and feasibility studies.
