As part of the Spend & Loyalty team, you’ll be building and maintaining the systems that power virtual cards and the rewards engine at Zip. This is a business‑critical area, focusing on product innovation that directly impacts our customers’ financial well‑being.

What You’ll Own

• Build and maintain the Spend and Loyalty systems, including virtual cards and the rewards engine.
• Own the development lifecycle : design, test, deploy, and support rock‑solid code.
• Manage a backlog of features, bugs, and technical debt, prioritising to deliver value.
• Perform effective code reviews and lead the development of high‑quality software.
• Lead design and architectural changes to improve performance and reliability of our Rewards system.
