Due to our growth, we are now recruiting a Commercial Vehicle Fleet and Government Sales Specialist to join our Melbourne retail location in the southeastern suburbs.

About the Role

As a Commercial Vehicles and eVans Sales Executive, your primary focus will be on establishing and nurturing relationships with businesses, providing tailored solutions to meet their commercial vehicle needs. You will be crucial in driving sales growth, managing client accounts, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate strong relationships with businesses, fleet managers, and commercial vehicle decision‑makers in the local area.
• Understand client requirements and provide expert recommendations on the Mercedes‑Benz lineup’s most suitable commercial vehicles and eVans.
• Conduct product demonstrations, showcasing the features and benefits of our commercial and eVan range.
• Collaborate with the sales team to explore financing options and finalise contractual agreements to secure successful sales.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring a seamless experience from initial contact to vehicle delivery.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and advancements in electric vehicle technology.
• Provide post‑delivery support and assistance to clients.
