Job Description

In this role you will lead a dynamic team of three Instructional Designers while driving strategic learning initiatives across APAC markets. Sitting within the APAC Enablement Team, Content & Adoption, you will oversee our APAC Content Platform and deliver high‑quality, culturally‑appropriate learning solutions that drive measurable sales performance improvement across APAC.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of three Instructional Designers
• Provide strategic direction for instructional design concepts that are suitable across APAC markets
• Create culturally appropriate, multi‑modal learning materials addressing performance gaps
• Execute hands‑on design and development of high‑impact learning experiences
• Contribute to the strategy and optimisation of APAC Content Platforms
• Build relationships with senior stakeholders and lead cross‑functional collaboration
• Design comprehensive evaluation frameworks to measure impact of training
