Wholesale Nursery Manager

Ouds Amazone Trading is a wholesale nursery in Northern NSW hinterland of Australia. We supply many large customers across Australia and currently employ approximately 15 staff.

We are looking for a Nursery Manger to join our production team full time. Specifically, we are looking for experience and dedication, the ability to work as a team & look after the staff so the business gets a maximum return.

Our nursery growing area is under cover and climate controlled with fixed and moving bench systems providing a high level of automation and low-level lifting. We have various machines that require operation that make the nursery efficient.

• Manage team - planning on daily basis
• Manage all aspects of growing and propagation
• Manage all aspects of irrigation and heating
• Manage all aspects of pest and disease
• Manage incoming and outgoing orders
• Liase with owner regularly
• Learn from great mentors

• Leadership
• 7 plus years' experience in the nursery industry
• High standards of end product
• Chemical and Forklift licenses
• Safety awareness
• Fit for physical work in all weather conditions

• Full time role
• Monday to Friday approximately 40 hours
• Reporting to the nursery owner
• Remuneration will range from $80k to $120k based on skills and experience.
