Base pay range

A$77,710.00 / yr - A$79,073.00 / yr

Our Customer Engagement team is a critical link between our organisation and our customers. As a Customer Engagement Coordinator, you will deliver an exceptional experience throughout our customers’ journey by connecting them with the relevant services and teams to support their best life. Responsibilities

• Managing referrals, intake and onboarding and providing customers and families with the relevant information regarding all services with Ability WA
• Communicate effectively with customers and families to understand their personal needs and effectively identify their goals and need for support using a person-centred approach
• Build strategic relationships with internal and external stakeholders including National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA), Local Area Coordinators, Service Providers, Hospitals, Schools and other referral pathways
• Utilise high-level customer service skills to acquire new customers, deliver positive outcomes and retain existing customers
• Demonstrate a strong attention to detail when establishing and managing financial and service contracts with customers and ensure a high level of data integrity
• Be committed to working collectively towards Ability WA purpose and strategic initiatives
