We have an opportunity for a new Enrolments Consultant to join our support office team in St. Leonards, Sydney.

The role is full‑time for a 12‑month period, with the possibility to extend. You will spend 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home.

Responsibilities

• First point of contact for a new family
• Ensure family requests are responded to in a timely manner
• Convert new families to campus tours
• Campus & Family waitlist management
• Assisting our enrolled families with additional days and sibling enrolments
• Director support with room configuration and family transitions
• Participate in sales promotions, campaigns, events and displays for campuses
