Job descriptionTertiary degree in Human Resources or Disability Services or equivalent. Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or willingness to obtain. Experience in employment services, vocational rehabilitation counseling, career development or a related field. Understanding of current government initiatives related to employment. Ability to build positive working relationships with staff, clients and stakeholders. Flexible working hours. Annual salary review to align with market rates. Easy‑to‑access location. Responsibilities
- Provide face‑to‑face and telehealth assistance to employment clients to support them applying for suitable jobs.
- Assist clients to apply for advertised job vacancies and support them through the screening and placement process where required.
- Check in regularly with employment clients and employers to ensure successful onboarding, induction and engagement in new roles.
