We’re looking for dynamic Village Managers and Assistant Village Managers to oversee the efficient, high-standard delivery of services in our village operations—including Catering, Cleaning, Facilities Management, Administration, and Mine Site Cleaning.

About the role

As a Village Manager or Assistant Village Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring everything runs like clockwork. You’ll manage client relationships on-site, lead a high-performing team, and uphold contract compliance while delivering an outstanding customer experience. • Oversee daily village operations with a focus on efficiency and quality
• Lead, motivate, and support a team to deliver outstanding hospitality services
