Job Roles & Responsibilities : -
- Drive new logo acquisition and business growth in ANZ.
- Develop & execute sales and GTM strategies aligned to ANZ market.
- Identify, qualify, and pursue customer opportunities (lead generation, outbound campaigns, events).
- Prepare & deliver proposals, pitches, and negotiations with internal teams and partners.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams & partner ecosystem for lead gen and deal closure.
- Build thought leadership assets and co-create points of view for industry verticals.
- Stay proactive in learning, adopting market trends, tools, and technologies.
Job Skills & Requirements : -
5+ years in sales / growth / account management in consulting, services, or engineering orgs.Proven success in new business development (services, consulting, SI, agency).Strong understanding of data, AI, martech, product engineering, and customer tech ecosystems .Skilled in client engagement , pitching, solutioning, and commercial negotiations.Strong network in ANZ with ability to travel across the region.Experience in partnering & co-selling with technology vendors.Excellent communication, collaboration, and consultative skills .Self-starter, adaptable, and motivated to win.
