Client Manager – Profusion Planning (Full‑Time)

The Role
You’ll be the right hand to our Financial Advisers — ensuring every client experience is seamless, accurate, and proactive from start to finish. This role combines administration, strategy implementation, and relationship management with plenty of opportunities to shape process improvements and take ownership of your client base.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of client implementation : rollovers, contributions, pension establishments, insurance applications, and superannuation administration.
- Liaise directly with clients to provide clear, timely updates and next steps.
- Support advisers by preparing documentation, following up outstanding actions, and ensuring every task moves forward without delay.
- Maintain meticulous client records in Practifi and associated platforms.
- Coordinate with product providers (CFS, HUB24, GESB, etc.) to ensure accurate and efficient outcomes.
- Identify process gaps and contribute to workflow improvements across the business.
- Collaborate with fellow Client Managers to uphold consistency, accuracy, and compliance across all advice implementations.
- Participate in team meetings and share best practices to strengthen the Profusion service model.
About You

You Bring
2+ years’ experience in a Client Service / Client Manager role within financial planning, accounting, or wealth management.A solid understanding of superannuation, insurance, and investment products.Experience using Practifi, Salesforce, or Xplan (bonus points if you know your way around BoxSign).Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills.Confidence in liaising with clients and providers — friendly but firm when needed.A team‑first attitude, strong initiative, and a genuine desire to help people.Why Profusion Planning?
