As a Manager, Business Engagement, you will lead a team to carefully manage our client relationships to ensure successful delivery of our transformational projects.

As part of the Workplace Transformation team, reporting to our Senior Manager, Business Engagement. This is a newly created role critical to the successful delivery of our multiyear program of transformational work.
Transformation can be challenging, and when it happens on top of your normal day job, it can be overwhelming. We want to make sure our clients feel well supported, heard and have trust in us to help them through those transformations. In this role you will lead a Business Engagement team who will be the key contact for our stakeholders during project delivery, making sure their needs remain front and centre. The Business Engagement team will work closely with our Program Delivery squads and hand in hand with the Change Leads and Analysts to make sure project delivery stays well aligned to customer needs and impacts.
The type of projects we will deliver across NSW over the next few years include workplace relocations, co-locations, refurbishments, and decommissioning, as well as agile technology implementations, workplace enhancements, and ways of working improvements. At times this also involves responding to urgent workplace initiatives following weather, safety or environmental events across NSW.
You will be responsible for all aspects of client relationship management as it relates to workplace accommodation projects including managing all communication and engagement, business requirements gathering, and client resource capacity planning, whilst also driving workplace standards and participating in project governance, risk and issue management, delivery planning and quality management.. You will also take the lead in embedding a culture of Customer Experience across all teams in Workplace Transformation.

Some flexibility in workplace location (NSW only) and working days may be supported. Some travel within regional NSW will be required. As a team we actively support hybrid working with the flexibility to work from home and in the office.
