Join Lifeblood as a Graduate Enrolled Nurse at the Civic Donor Centre, supporting plasma donation and developing clinical and leadership skills.
Your Role
Here’s what you will be doing :
- Greet and interview potential donors to assess eligibility and suitability
- Insert and remove needles safely to collect plasma
- Complete routine blood pressure and haemoglobin tests
- Set up and manage plasma collection
- Manage adverse donor reactions by providing instructions and physical assistance
- Occasionally lift between 9–22.7 kgs
- Work varied shifts on a fortnightly rotating roster from Monday to Saturday / Sunday, including weekends and afternoon shifts

Graduate Enrolled Nurse who has completed a Diploma of Nursing or equivalent between June 2025 and December 2025Passion for nursing, caring, and leadership developmentAbility to work in a specialised plasma donor centre environmentFlexibility to work part-time, 70 hours over 10 shifts per fortnightCompensation & Benefits
