Fundamental to the spiritual care services and partnering with our incredible team to promote and support the integral importance of spirituality to a person’s wellbeing, this vital position focuses on meeting the spiritual, religious and emotional needs of residents, families and staff within our Wembley Residential Aged Care (RAC) home. With deep respect and authentic curiosity embracing spiritual, cultural and religious diversity this role models Mercy Care’s Mission Ethos, Values and Ethics.
