About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to take charge of end-to-end warehouse and logistics performance, ensuring seamless, safe, and cost‑efficient operations. Working closely with the Managing Director, you’ll provide strategic direction, lead and develop high‑performing teams, and drive continuous improvement across processes and systems.

Based in Unanderra, New South Wales , this role is pivotal in upholding service excellence and operational integrity across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and optimise end‑to‑end warehouse, logistics, and inventory operations to ensure seamless and efficient performance.
• Lead and develop teams to foster a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Drive and implement process enhancements to improve speed, accuracy, and overall operational efficiency.
• Manage and allocate resources effectively to maintain cost control and meet financial and performance objectives.
• Collaborate and align with cross‑functional teams to support organisational goals and deliver exceptional service outcomes.
