We are a premium Italian restaurant and wine bar located in the heart of Surry Hills, known for our authentic regional menu and curated wine list. We are seeking a highly experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our front-of-house team and ensure an exceptional dining experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service delivery
- Lead, train, and supervise front-of-house staff to maintain high service standards
- Work closely with the Head Chef on menu planning and special events
- Manage reservations, guest experience, and customer feedback
- Monitor budgets, cost of goods, and staffing rosters
- Ensure compliance with workplace health, safety, and RSA requirements
- Liaise with suppliers and manage stock control and purchasing
Skills and Experience
Minimum Diploma in Hospitality Management or equivalent qualificationAt least 4 years’ experience in a restaurant management or similar supervisory roleStrong leadership and communication skillsSound understanding of food and beverage operations and wine serviceExcellent attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environmentWhat We Offer
