About The Opportunity

North West Private Hospital is seeking dedicated and patient-focused Clinical Nurses to join our Rehabilitation team. In this permanent part-time role, you will step into a key leadership position, working alongside the Nurse Unit Manager as a trusted resource, mentor, and support for your colleagues, while delivering exceptional, specialised care to patients.

Your Skills and Experience

Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.

Minimum 3 years' experience in a relevant specialty area.

Proven ability to lead by example as a positive role model and professional.

Previous team leadership experience.

Strong time management and clinical problem-solving skills.

Passion for mentoring and developing junior staff.

Postgraduate qualification in a specialty area (desirable but not essential).

Remuneration

A base hourly rate ranging from $
