The Opportunity

We have an exciting opportunity for a Centre Manager at either AMA Group Solutions or Capital S.M.A.R.T Repairs. This is a full-time position. Reporting to the State Operations Manager, you will take ownership of the centre by providing leadership and motivation to your team while impacting day-to-day operations. This permanent full-time role offers opportunities for growth, stability and security as part of the AMA Group.

Role responsibilities

• Production Workshop Management : oversee production management of the workshop to ensure targets are achieved and vehicles are repaired to their pre-accident condition in accordance with AMA and Work Provider quality expectations.
• Quality, Quotes, Parts and Vehicle Management : ensure comprehensive and accurate quotes, QA inspections and that vehicles are repaired to their pre-accident condition.
• Customer Service and Stakeholder Management : provide exceptional customer service to all clients and work providers through prompt, professional and friendly interactions.
• Profit and Loss, Reporting and Administration : ensure the site operates profitably. Prepare and review P&Ls, Budgets, Job costings, KPIs, and Management Reports using available tools to understand site performance.
• Leadership and People Management : oversee on-site staffing and processes; proactively build and maintain positive work provider relationships.
• Work Health and Safety (WHS) : ensure site safety by maintaining the WHS management system, following policies, and reporting and actioning safety incidents / near misses.
