ABOUT THE COMPANY

Our client a well-established organisation who requires a Workforce Planner to join their friendly and supportive team. Based in Essendon, it is essential you can hit the ground running in this varied and busy role. This is a temporary opportunity with the view to permanency for the right candidate.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE

• Management and maintenance of rosters
• Ensuring compliance of sites in relation to qualifications and site requirements
• Management and allocation of ad hoc work as requested
• Providing customer service to a high volume of field workers
• Tracking, measuring and reporting on key labour metrics and making recommendations to the Operations team
• Management of associated systems and tools to ensure correct and efficient rostering of staff
• Providing a first point-of-contact and support for relevant employee and customer enquires

SKILLS + EXPERIENCE

• Experience in high volume customer service, allocations or workforce planning.
• You will be highly organised, have a high attention to detail and pride yourself on your accuracy.
• A can do attitude, have a friendly and warm personality with a willingness to assist others as requested.
