A leading global food services group has a key hands on HSE Advisory role in Melbourne, supporting a 1000 scale workforce, driving culture and change.
A leading Facilities, Catering and Food Services group has an extensive presence in Australia, supporting B2B clients, both within a regional and metro City basis, with additional Government, Leisure, Sports and Arts coverage.
Base pay
A$100,000.00 / yr - A$110,000.00 / yr
Responsibilities
- Reporting to the Senior HSE Manager, this role supports a Melbourne centric business group of circa 1000 staff, mixed between FTE and large casualisation to meet customer demand / event cycles. The workforce is a combination of qualified food, chef, logistics and related professionals, with back and front of house workforces, operating within a high-pressure, high-profile business environment. Driven by quality and service expertise, the HSE role is to ensure a compliant, engaged and safe workplace for all stakeholders.
- You will lead by example, engage, develop, refine and embed a HSE framework, and more a long-term culture towards HSE as a critical element of the workplace.
- You will have worked within a high pace, demanding workplace, where strong influence, innovative and structure combine to create an exciting but demanding balance.
- Lead stakeholder engagement and culture change; support a scalable workforce model (FTE and Casual).
Qualifications
Ideally you have 7-10 years HSE experience, and a hands-on style of engagement.Role does not manage staff, but offers career growth to lead HSE professionals and large business groups / locations locally and internationally.Application
