Personal Care Attendant

Job Description

HealthX is seeking 6 Personal Care Attendants (PCA's) to work in an aged care facility in Taree NSW 2430.

Located in Taree NSW 2430.

Hourly rate of between $31 - $35 plus shift allowances and super - paid in accordance to the Aged Care Award

You will already know that working in Aged Care is your passion and have a commitment to making a difference. You will take pride in delivering an exceptional service, with a focus on person-centred care.

Duties include :

• To provide resident care programs to meet the individual needs of the residents
• To implement the Philosophy, Objectives and Policies of the Organisation
• To comply with all Confidentiality and Privacy Agreements entered into.
• Communicating to the RN / Team leader any changes observed in residents.
• Provide appropriate care to residents
• Ensure residents have the opportunity to make informed choices and decisions regarding their care programs.
• Foster good working relationships with everyone on the team.
• A commitment to delivering quality care.
