What You’ll Be Doing

• Generate partner‑facing technical enablement : develop partner technical training that aligns with partners’ value propositions and up‑level content for partner sales audiences.
• Lead regional partner enablement strategy and execution : own the enablement program for ANZ, ASEAN, India, and Korea, aligning with regional alliance and presales strategy.
• Manage cross‑functional collaboration : work closely with the Office of the CTO, field presales, product marketing, product, Global Enablement Team, and sales to align priorities and scale initiatives.
• Measure impact and effectiveness : establish metrics, analyze learner engagement, retention, and performance, and iteratively improve enablement activities.
• Accommodate diverse enablement needs : build scalable programs with slight variations for regional differences.
• Independently drive progress : navigate ambiguity across strategy, planning, and execution with minimal supervision.
