Partner Enablement Manager - APAC

What You’ll Be Doing
- Generate partner‑facing technical enablement : develop partner technical training that aligns with partners’ value propositions and up‑level content for partner sales audiences.
- Lead regional partner enablement strategy and execution : own the enablement program for ANZ, ASEAN, India, and Korea, aligning with regional alliance and presales strategy.
- Manage cross‑functional collaboration : work closely with the Office of the CTO, field presales, product marketing, product, Global Enablement Team, and sales to align priorities and scale initiatives.
- Measure impact and effectiveness : establish metrics, analyze learner engagement, retention, and performance, and iteratively improve enablement activities.
- Accommodate diverse enablement needs : build scalable programs with slight variations for regional differences.
- Independently drive progress : navigate ambiguity across strategy, planning, and execution with minimal supervision.
What you’ll bring to the role & what we’re looking for
Extensive experience in presales training and enablement, preferably in identity or cyber security.Proven experience with demos, workshops, and translating technical content into sales plays for partner AEs and SEs.Experience collaborating with diverse stakeholders across sales, presales, product, and marketing to align training initiatives with business priorities.Exceptional communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.Strong organizational skills to manage training libraries and ensure content accuracy.Analytical mindset to assess learning gaps and recommend data‑driven solutions.Preferred Skills
Familiarity with project management methodologies.Proficiency with modern eLearning tools, LMS platforms, and instructional design software.Knowledge of SaaS platforms or identity security.Experience in adult learning principles or instructional design certifications (e.g., ATD, CPLP).What you can look forward to as a Full‑Time Okta employee!
