WHS Manager - VIC

We’re building something new and exciting at Stockland a dedicated team of WHS Managers across the country!

We’re hiring several WHS Managers to join our Safety team across Australia – this role will be based in Melbourne, Victoria. This role is pivotal in driving Stockland’s WHS Strategy and embedding a proactive safety culture across our Development and Investment Management (IM) and Construction operations.

Your tasks will include :

• Lead the implementation of Stockland’s WHS management strategy, systems and Standards of Safety
• Maintain a visible WHS leadership presence across operations and offices
• Provide expert WHS advice and coaching to internal and external stakeholders
• Support the identification and management of WHS risks, with a focus on Acute High Risk Activities (AHRA)
• Guide incident management processes including facilitating incident investigations for the most serious and ensure lessons learned are shared and acted upon
• Facilitate learning programs including a high impact frontline leader program and contribute to WHS data reporting and analysis
• Implement health and wellbeing initiatives in collaboration with internal teams
