The Role

As a Lead Electrical Engineer, you will oversee the delivery of electrical engineering work packages for the project. This includes managing resources, ensuring compliance with safety and engineering standards, and providing hands-on project engineering. Your role will be critical in ensuring fit-for-purpose, timely, and budget-conscious solutions across the project’s electrical components.

Key Responsibilities

• Safety And Leadership

Maintain a safe and healthy workplace in compliance with PPM’s policies and HSE standards.

Manage the Electrical Engineering team to align project scope and capital estimates with delivery strategy.

Develop electrical scopes of work, standards, and specifications for the project.

Prepare technical specifications, tender packages, and manage procurement processes.

Identify and actively manage risks associated with assigned work packages.
