Your Role

- Participate in rotations across Mort & Co’s integrated supply chain, including core feedlot operations, complementary businesses, and business services
- Engage in elective rotations tailored to your interests within the organisation and industry
- Work both autonomously and collaboratively within a dynamic, fast-paced team environment
- Uphold safety and animal welfare standards throughout all activities
About You
The company is looking for :
Bachelor’s Degree in Agribusiness, Agriculture, or a related discipline, or completion by end of 2025Strong passion for Agriculture, Red Meat, or Feedlotting industry with commitment to ongoing developmentStrong communication skills and intermediate computer literacyAbility to work independently and as part of a teamHigh level of organisation and time management skillsCommitment to safety and animal welfare standardsCompensation & Benefits
