About the Program

For over 20 years, the ANL & CMA CGM Graduate and Co-Op Program has launched the careers of talented graduates across the Oceania region. Our program offers a unique mix of real-world experience, mentoring, and development, helping you build both the technical and professional skills to thrive in a fast-paced global industry.

During the 12-month program, you’ll :

• Rotate across key business areas to build broad, hands‑on experience.
• Access world‑class learning resources and career development programs.
• Participate in networking and mentoring opportunities.
• Be supported by a dedicated program coordinator and an encouraging team environment.

For the right candidate, this program can be the start of a global career, opening doors to exciting opportunities across logistics, supply chain, operations, sales, and beyond.
