About the Role

We’re looking for a passionateGardens and Grounds Maintenance Team Member to join our team in Bayswater! You’ll be responsible for maintaining gardens and lawns at residential and commercial sites. If you bring the right attitude, we’ll provide the training you need to succeed.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform all aspects of gardening, lawn care, and grounds maintenance.
• Support the Team Leader in fostering a positive, values-driven team culture.
• Assist supported employees in building skills and reaching their employment goals.
• Complete tasks as directed by Team Leaders.
• Bring a positive, can-do attitude to every job.
