Project Manager (IT) - Randstad

Are you an experienced Project Manager with a proven track record in leading complex IT projects, particularly within procurement system implementations? Project Manager is currently required for a 6 months contract with option to extend to be responsible for the full project lifecycle, from defining scope and goals to successful implementation and change management, for the successful implementation of procurement systems in the SAP space. Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the end-to-end procurement project, applying agile, hybrid, or waterfall methodologies.
• Define and manage project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, budgets, timelines, risk registers, dependency logs, and resource allocations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with business units, cross-functional teams, IT teams, governance bodies, and external vendors.
• Oversee technical delivery, including integration of the Procurement system with other enterprise platforms, ensuring alignment with architectural, data privacy, and security standards.

To be successful in this position you will be a highly experienced Project Manager who has demonstrated experience in managing procurement system projects, ideally in the SAP space. You will also be able to manage cross functional teams and vendors.
