    The Opportunity

    Your primary focus will be on delivering top-notch timetabling services for the UNSW Foundation Studies and Diploma programs. You'll collaborate closely with the Timetable Coordinator and various program coordinators to ensure the smooth and efficient delivery of education services. This role is perfect for someone with excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, as you'll be communicating with a diverse range of stakeholders and managing data from multiple sources. You'll work hand-in-hand with UNSW College Education teams to ensure the timely and accurate enrolment of staff and students into key systems like Syllabus Plus, SiMs, SAM, and myUNSW.

    Key Qualities of the successful candidate

    • Experience working with educational administration
    • Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and a demonstrated capacity to meet deadlines
    • Excellent ability to problem-solve
    • Ability to effectively manage expectations and competing priorities
    • Effective computing skills, including databases, timetabling software, learning management systems and MS Office applications
    • Experience with timetabling programs is highly desirable
