The roleProviding support to Senior Management Team with the resource requirements and managing the Workplace Analyst. Ability to manage and maintain the workforce solution using Genesys, that will forecast and plan their recruitment requirements, this will allow service delivery to be met, identify work patterns, look at budgets and training of the team, in a Legal help environment.
