About the role
The Production Shift Supervisor roleis a Full-time position, based at Wetherill Park, NSW. Reporting to the Manufacturing Manager at our 24 / 7 operational Cemintel manufacturing site . You will be working on our 12-hour rotating roster (Day 6am-6pm, Night 6pm-6am) assisting in monitoring and organise equipment, staff, and processes on a production floor.
Ideally, the successful applicant will be required to have experience in a leadership role, have good attendance and have a strong awareness and regard for health, safety and the environment.

Part of the CSR our Construction Systems Business Unit comprises of Cemintel™ Fibre Cement Systems, CSR Hebel and AFS Walling solutions. We manufacture and market a full range of products for residential and commercial applications including a large range of products and systems that cover internal linings, residential and commercial façades, flooring, and innovative proprietary wall and framing systems.
