This role involves working closely with the Property and Operations team to assist with the day-to-day running of the centre, tenant communication, and general administrative support.
Key Duties :
- General property and facilities administration
- Processing invoices, purchase orders, and maintenance requests
- Liaising with tenants and contractors
- Assisting with reports, correspondence, and document management
- Providing ad-hoc support to the Property / Operations team
Ideal Candidate :
- Previous experience in property or facilities administration (retail / commercial preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Confident communicator with excellent time management
- Available to commence from 27 October and commit for the full duration of the assignment
