A wonderful opportunity has arisen for a passionate and experienced Registered Nurse to join Montefiore’s Quality and Compliance Department. In this pivotal role, you’ll support our commitment to excellence by driving quality initiatives, ensuring compliance, and helping shape the delivery of safe, person‑centred care.

Reporting to the General Manager of Quality and Compliance, you will work collaboratively across departments to design, implement, and monitor systems that enhance quality and safety. You’ll also be responsible for maintaining policies, procedures, and resources that align with best practice and regulatory requirements.

You’re detail‑oriented, analytical, and highly organized, with strong written and verbal communication skills. You enjoy collaborating with a range of stakeholders and thrive on using your clinical and quality expertise to make a meaningful impact. With a solid understanding of the quality improvement cycle, you’re confident in interpreting data, preparing reports, and influencing best practice outcomes.
