We’re looking for a Senior Lead Engineer who’s passionate about building quality systems and teams that are elegant, reliable, and deeply human.

Your mission

Lead the evolution of Marlee’s global AI platform — empowering millions to understand themselves and collaborate better, every single day.

As our Senior Lead Engineer, you’ll :

• Architect and build scalable, secure, and high-performance systems across our modern stack (Node.js, React, GraphQL, AWS).
• Set the bar for quality excellence — owning standards for testing, reliability, security, performance, and developer experience.
• Integrate AI to enhance productivity and quality — from automated QA to agentic development tools.
• Mentor and inspire other engineers, creating an environment and culture of learning, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Partner cross-functionally with Product, Design, and Machine Learning to transform motivational science into powerful, usable technology.
• Shape the future of Marlee’s architecture — influencing long-term strategy, infrastructure, and AI scalability.
