Location : Werribee based. This role may be required to work across multiple locations throughout the Wyndham Municipality.
About The Role
As Team Leader Education and Care Services, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations and management of the kindergarten service and a team of educators by providing leadership and pedagogical support and guidance in line with family-centered practice. Reporting to the Area Leader Early Education and Care Services, you will oversee the implementation of planning and developing high quality programs for the service, while creating a team culture operating with a focus on continuous improvement. In addition, you will participate in time spent in an educational capacity. You will be the face of the service as you engage with Council’s diverse community on different levels including building relationships with families, staff groups and the community. Engagement will be focused on ensuring positive family and community participation in line with Council’s integrated service approach.
