The Opportunity

Stream Healthcare is seeking experienced Team Leaders and Managers for a range of leadership roles across Mental Health and Community Services in WA. Whether you’re already leading a team or you’re a Senior Clinician ready to take the next step, this is your chance to guide and support a dedicated workforce making a real difference to the mental health and wellbeing of clients. You will oversee either a clinical or non-clinical team, working collaboratively to achieve positive outcomes for service users across diverse communities.

What You’ll Bring

• Relevant qualification – Social Work, Psychology, Counselling, or similar
• Leadership or senior experience in Mental Health or Community Services
• Ability to obtain National Police Clearance & Working with Children Check
