This opportunity sits with a global medical device company recognised for its trusted solutions and collaborative culture. With an expanding hospital portfolio and a strong local leadership team, they’re investing in growth and looking for a driven Sales Specialist to join their VIC team.
You’ll take ownership of a hospital territory spanning both public and private sectors, managing key accounts while identifying new business opportunities across capital and rental products. Supported by an engaged clinical and commercial team, you’ll be empowered to make a genuine impact.
What background do you need for this role?
- Proven experience selling into hospitals or healthcare environments for capital or consumable equipment.
 - Strong commercial acumen and understanding of the buying process in healthcare
 - Ability to manage and grow a territory with autonomy and accountability
 - Track record of delivering sales results and building long-term partnerships
 - Experience in pressure care management or patient handling is advantageous
