• Collaborate closely with product owners and designers to translate concepts and requirements into scalable, user‑centric digital solutions.
• Take ownership of code quality, maintain best‑practice standards, and contribute across the full software development lifecycle.
• Stay ahead of emerging technologies, including the latest AI‑driven development tools, to continuously evolve our tech stack and development practices.
• Mentor and support junior developers, promoting a culture of technical excellence, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement.
• Provide technical triage and support for products and services to ensure performance, reliability, and a great user experience.
