Role Description

This is a full‑time, hybrid role (onsite / WFH) for a Mortgage Broker located in Melbourne, VIC. The Mortgage Broker will assist clients in identifying the right home loan products, guide them through the application process, and manage relationships with lenders. Key day‑to‑day tasks include conducting financial assessments, providing debt consolidation advice, negotiating loan terms, and staying updated on the mortgage and finance market trends. The role also involves educating clients about financial products, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and maintaining a high standard of customer service throughout the mortgage approval process.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Mortgage Brokerage, including brokerage and mortgage broking‑related knowledge.
• Proficiency in Finance, including financial assessments and market insights.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills to build trust and secure favourable loan terms.
• Ability to ensure compliance with industry regulations and demonstrate a client‑first approach.
• Relevant qualifications, such as a Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking or equivalent, are required.
• Strong computer literacy and proficiency in using digital platforms are highly desirable.
