This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated, experienced Family Violence Practitioner at our Shepparton centre to join RAV.

About the role
Reporting to the Program Manager Family Violence, you will be responsible for ensuring high‑quality service delivery by providing clinical supervision across RAV’s Family Violence programs. This involves providing debriefing, support and feedback to staff and responding to a diverse range of issues including trauma, violence, mental health difficulties, family law complexities, and blended families. You will deliver an integrative and coordinated practice response, working with individuals, including men who use violence, women, children and families. Guided by contemporary evidence‑based theory and research, you will work systemically and select interventions that foster sustained positive change.
This role is located in both Shepparton with occasional travel to Sunshine. This is an ongoing part‑time position, working three days per week with the expectation that one day per week will be an evening shift (please note that our Shepparton centre is closed on Friday). The base salary range is $120,757 – $124,163 (pro‑rata) per annum.
