Looking for a dynamic Property Portfolio Manager! You'll lead strategic direction and manage office leases within budget, while fostering strong relationships with property owners and stakeholders. Join us to make a real impact!

The team

The Enterprise Services Group consists of four teams including Finance, Procurement, Property and Contracts, Performance Reporting and Planning and the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Program. The Group provides a range of support, advice and analysis services across ASIC.

The Property team manage ASIC's strategic property plan, including the management of ASIC's property portfolio, implementation of workplace design models across ASIC's offices, the governance of property guidelines and standards and the management of a third-party provider of facilities management.

The role

Manage ASIC's leased office network daily. Provide strategic advice on property strategies. Analyse financial and legal aspects of property transactions and oversee property consultants for lease negotiations. Manage trades for office fit outs and construction services.

Additional Duties

Take on extra tasks as needed and work professionally and cooperatively, embodying ASIC's values. Ensure health and safety for yourself and others in the workplace.

About You

Join ASIC as a Property Portfolio Manager and leverage your degree in property economics, commerce, or law, or your three years of experience in a similar role. You'll have the opportunity to develop a strategic vision for ASIC's National Property Portfolio, ensuring its growth and success. Your expertise in leasing, negotiations and market advice will be crucial in driving our property initiatives forward.
