The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and strategic leader to establish, implement and lead our Program Management Office (PMO) . This is a pivotal role reporting directly to the CEO, responsible for driving project delivery maturity across the organisation and ensuring alignment with our corporate objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement and continuously mature a centralised PMO, including its vision, operating model and strategic roadmap.
• Develop and embed project management frameworks, governance structures and best practices across the organisation.
• Provide strategic oversight of major corporate projects, including capital works, IT transformations and high‑profile activations.
• Monitor and report on project performance, risks and benefits realisation to the CEO, Executive Leadership Team and Board.
• Drive proactive risk management and issue resolution across the project portfolio.
• Influence resource planning and allocation in collaboration with senior leaders.
• Build organisational capability in project management through mentorship and training.
• Champion stakeholder engagement and transparent communication.
• Identify and implement project management tools and technologies to enhance delivery effectiveness.
