We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead a critical Service Delivery Transformation Program - a nationally coordinated initiative to standardise, optimise, and elevate our OSHC and Rocketeers programs.

What You’ll Do

• Lead & Deliver : Lead a strategically important, Lean-driven transformation project-delivering outcomes on time, within scope, and on budget.
• Standardise & Simplify : Map current processes, eliminate inefficiencies, and implement standardised operating models across term time and vacation care.
• Engage & Influence : Bring together cross-functional teams, lead co-design workshops, and embed new practices through training, toolkits, and change management.
• Ensure Quality & Compliance : Align with the National Quality Standards and embed systems for continuous improvement.
• Report & Track Success : Monitor benefits realisation and regularly report progress to the Executive team.
