This role focuses on building and maintaining strong relationships with retailers and stakeholders to support the centre’s and company’s strategic objectives. It contributes to the development and execution of the centre’s business plan and ensures sound financial management in line with client and RetPro requirements. The role provides leadership and oversight of the centre’s administrative functions, fosters collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, and delivers accurate monthly performance reports to clients. Working closely with the Marketing team, it supports key initiatives and deliverables, while also assisting in arrears management, tenancy schedules, and rent reviews to ensure the centre’s overall operational and financial success.

Key responsibilities

• Building and driving Retailers & Stakeholder relationships, in alignment with the centre and company objectives;
• Support strategic planning of the centre business plan;
• Support Financial Management as per client and RetPro requirements;
• Leadership and management of the administrative function at the centre;
• Create collaborative working relationships with internal and external stakeholders;
• Deliver monthly reports to clients on the performance of the Centre;
• Work in collaboration with the Marketing department for required deliverables;
• Support arrears management, tenancy schedule, and rent reviews.
