Clinical Care Coordinator - Edensor Gardens

Job descriptionOversee and lead the team to ensure excellent service delivery and that nursing practices and procedures are consistent with legislation and Advantaged Care Policies. Coordinate communications and services between residents, families and medical professionals. Direct infection control and maintain occupational health and safety standards. Assist in Commonwealth government funding process. Ensure that education programs and quality improvement initiatives are implemented. Comply with the Accreditation Standards and Guidelines for Residential Care Services. Current Nurses Registration with AHPRA. A strong background in aged care at an RN level. Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role. Demonstrated knowledge of aged care accreditation standards, resident appraisal, classification processes and ANACC. Proven experience leading, motivating and managing a team. Excellent IT skills with the ability to implement and evaluate IT systems in a residential aged care environment. A strong passion for quality in aged care. Excellent communication & interpersonal skills. Hard working and flexible.
