ABOUT THE POSITION.

The position of Principle Geotechnical Engineer dictates business development, resource management, technical ability and mentorship of juniors. Being involved in management, you will be responsible for geotechnical advice for project delivery as well as the coordination of Junior Engineers, Contractors and Clients.

DUTIES.

• Produce geotechnical designs, assessments and analysis
• Provide insight and advice throughout a project’s lifecycle
• Coordinate site visits, investigations and geotechnical testing
• Prepare tenders and proposals and be involved in business development
• Train, mentor and guide Junior Geotechnical Engineers
• Develop and manage forecast and budgets
• Assist in recruitment needs
• Contribute in the organizations development within business strategies and objectives
