Product Development Engineer – Gas and refrigeration products

This company designs and produces innovative gas, water, and refrigeration solutions for residential, commercial, and industrial markets. Their in‑house R&D and testing capabilities set the benchmark for quality, performance, and reliability — and now, they’re looking for a Product Development Engineer to help take their water systems division to the next level.

About the Role

You’ll be at the heart of product innovation — driving new designs, improving existing products, and ensuring all systems meet stringent quality and compliance standards. Reporting to the Engineering Manager, you’ll collaborate with internal stakeholders, external test labs, and global suppliers to deliver market‑ready solutions that meet both technical and commercial objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end product development projects, from concept through to testing and launch
• Liaise with test labs, approval bodies, and manufacturers to ensure compliance with local and international standards
• Develop and maintain Bills of Material, technical documentation, and test plans
• Assess, redesign, and improve existing products for cost, performance, and manufacturability
• Manage multiple concurrent projects with a focus on quality, safety, and timely delivery
