Our client is a specialist commercial and business law firm with a growing client base spanning SMEs, private clients, and emerging companies. Known for offering practical, commercially driven legal advice, the firm handles a wide range of transactions and advisory matters, including structuring, shareholder agreements, corporate governance, commercial contracts, and regulatory compliance.

You’ll work closely with experienced senior associates and partners across both transactional and advisory work, developing your technical and commercial skills while building long‑term client relationships.

The role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a close‑knit team, takes initiative, and is seeking a clear progression pathway.

Salary and Features of the position :

• $80,000 - $110,000 Salary range (18-24 months PAE)
